We make every effort to ship all in-stock bingo supplies within 24 hours from the time the order is placed on any given business day Monday - Friday. * Please note: The day an order is shipped IS NOT considered a business day. Saturday and Sundays are not considered business days.  24 hours shipping does not apply to:

  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sundays, or holidays
  • Special Order Items

 

Where do you ship to?

Wholesale Bingo Supplies currently ships to only the lower 48 continuous United States.  We do not ship internationally.

 

Customers with PO Boxes

Wholesale Bingo Supplies requires a physical address to ship all packages to.  We cannot ship to a PO Box without prior authorization. Please call Customer Service for more information.

During checkout, U.S. customers may select an expedited shipping option. At any time, Wholesale Bingo Supplies reserves the right to contact the customer prior to shipment for additional shipping charges if deemed necessary for expedited shipping of over-sized products.

Wholesale Bingo Supplies is not responsible for shipping delays due to situations out of our control including, but not limited to, weather delays, natural or man-made disasters and transportation issues with the shipping carrier and theft. 

Wholesale Bingo Supplies will not responsible for the cost to reship an item that is returned to us because of incorrect addresses, closed businesses, or no one at the home/destination.  We will reship the item to you once the second cost to ship is paid by the customer.

We offer Free Express Ground shipping on orders over $100 to order within the continental United States. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order from Wholesale Bingo Supplies?

Wholesale Bingo Supplies ships all orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All orders are shipped from our location in Michigan. All times are approximate. * Please note: The day an order is shipped IS NOT considered a business day. Saturday and Sundays are not considered business days. 

Tracking Information

Wholesale Bingo Supplies will email all shipping confirmation to the email address entered in on the order or text confirmations to any mobile numbers that are entered in.  If you do not include either an email or cell phone number on your order, we will not be able to send that shipping information to you. You will have to contact Wholesale Bingo Supplies directly for the tracking.

 

Delivery Notes/Requests

Any requests for specific delivery notices or locations will be added to shipment labels, however Wholesale Bingo Supplies cannot guarantee those requests will be honored by the shipping company.  USPS, UPS, and FedEx does not have to abide by those requests.
