We understand some of our you haven't played bingo since you were children. Don't worry!  The basics of bingo are still the same. For any bingo game, you need 3 things:

Something to play bingo on: Traditional American bingo is played on a bingo game board with 25 squares with bingo numbers 1-75.  Typical bingo boards are paper cards (disposable) or hard cards (reusable) See below for more info on different types of bingo cards available.

Something to call the bingo numbers with: Since you now have something to play bingo on, your next step is something to call out the bingo numbers with.  Traditionally bingo numbers are called using bingo balls rolled out of a bingo cage. You may also use bingo calling cards (a deck of 75 cards numbered B1-O75 similar to a deck of playing cards).

Something to mark your bingo cards with: Now that you have your cards and something to call bingo with, the last thing you need is something to mark your cards with once your bingo number is called.  For paper cards, the most traditional way to mark off your numbers is with a bingo ink marker called a bingo dauber.  Daubers come in various shapes, sizes, and colors (super fun!) OR you can use bingo chips (the little plastic round discs) to cover the number.  Bingo chips can be used with both paper cards and hard card

Whatever way you say it (or spell it), bingo daubers are an essential part of today’s bingo game. Used to mark off the numbers on your bingo paper as they are called, bingo daubers come in a variety of colors and styles depending on your bingo taste. Whether you’ve got a favorite color you always like to play with or a special design, we know you’ll find something you love in our large selection of daubers.

Traditional Bingo Daubers include  the Dabbin Fever,  Dabbin Win and Dab-O-Ink brands.  Each contain a standard bingo ink and come in a variety of color choices. Bingo Brite, Dabtastic, and Sunsational brand contain a small amount of fluorescent bingo ink which gives your dab a sharper, brighter color than standard bingo ink. Cosmic and Super Bright brands are great for cosmic bingos as they contain a large amount of fluorescent ink that will show very brightly under the black lights.  Lastly, we have the Dazzle and Glitter brands of daubers that have a standard bingo ink mixed with glitter to make it sparkle and shine.

Novelty Bingo Daubers are simply traditional daubers that have special themes and graphics on the bottle.  From your favorite cartoon and super heroes to special causes such as the fight against breast cancer, you can find something for everyone and every occasion. 

Holiday Bingo Daubers are traditional bingo daubers with a holiday theme.  Not only do we carry daubers for all the major holidays popular with bingo players such as St. Patrick's, 4th of July, Halloween, and Christmas, but we also carry daubers for every other holiday such as New Years, Mother's Day, and Thanksgiving.

Yes, all bingo inks can leave a stain.

Wholesale Bingo Supplies currently ships to only the lower 48 continuous United States.  We do not ship internationally.

All delivery times are approximate. USPS has announced that delivery times can increase as much as 40% to different parts of the county from our warehouse location in Michigan.  Please be aware that all Budget Ground Shipping is sent via FedEx SmartPost which means FedEx picks it up but it is delivered to you in the end by USPS so it will take longer to get your package delivered to you.  If you have a specific timeframe that you need your items by we encourage you to choose the Express Ground or other shipping options available to you. Wholesale Bingo Supplies provides fast shipping service. If we receive the order before 2pm EST on any given business day M-F, we ship the same day.  If it is after 2pm EST, we ship the next business day. Once the order has shipped no cancellation is possible and no refund will be given until the bingo products are returned in good condition.

It is the customers responsibility to make every effort to contact Wholesale Bingo Supplies to communicate that they want to cancel their order. Wholesale Bingo Supplies will make every effort to stop the order from shipping once they have received the cancellation request from the customer. Realize that sometimes emails are not read for some time, and that phone calls must be communicated among our departments. Your phone or email cancellation does not guarantee that your order will be cancelled in time before it is shipped by our shipping department.

Customers who refuse to accept orders once they have been shipped will be charged for the cost of shipping for the order to be returned to us. Refused orders will be subject to the same terms and conditions detailed in our return policy.

Wholesale Bingo Supplies works hard to insure accurate orders, however we do know that products can be damaged while in transit or occasional mistakes in the warehouse can be made. If you are missing an item or received a defective item, please email customerservice @wholesalebingosupplies.com and a customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours or sooner.  Note: All claims of order shortages, damaged items, or defective items must be reported to Wholesale Bingo Supplies within 3 business days of receipt. 

All product returns must be accompanied by a completed Return Authorization Form to receive credit.  You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) by contacting customerservice@wholesalebingosupplies.com for the number and form. No refunds will be issued without a completed return form and RMA #.Please be sure to inspect your order for both accuracy and shipping damage within 24 hours of receipt. All items must be unused and in original packaging and at full quantity ordered to be eligible for a refund.All orders must be returned to Wholesale Bingo Supplies within 14 days of receipt.  Orders after 14 days of receipt will not be accepted.Customers are responsible for all costs to return shipment to us. You must return the item via a traceable shipping method.Returns items are subject to a $5 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is greater. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost associated with refusal of shipments. Wholesale Bingo Supplies will deduct all costs for refusal of delivery on all orders off the amount refunded back to the customer.
